Protecting the nanoOne Concept: Patent P-20250058 and International Filing
Toothnology’s is developing nanoOne® as an original full-arch oral-care system supported by an intellectual-property strategy.
Granted Slovenian patent
The nanoOne invention is protected by Slovenian patent P-20250058. The patent forms part of the project’s technical foundation and reflects the original mechanical and functional thinking behind the concept.
International protection
International patent protection is being pursued through the PCT process. Patent examination and national or regional phases follow formal procedures and timelines, so the scope and status of protection may evolve.
What the patent does not mean
A patent protects an invention. It does not by itself certify safety, clinical performance, regulatory compliance or manufacturing readiness. Those areas require separate engineering, testing and approval work.
Why this matters for backers
Intellectual-property protection supports long-term product development and helps distinguish nanoOne from generic mouthpiece-brush concepts. Toothnology’s will continue to communicate patent information accurately and without overstating product validation.
