nanoOne Kickstarter Campaign Preview: Product, Roadmap, Rewards and Delivery

nanoOne® is Toothnology’s patented hands-free, full-arch oral-care concept. This preview brings the product, roadmap, planned Kickstarter rewards, real package concept, manufacturing approach, delivery planning and key risks into one transparent campaign overview.
Important: nanoOne is in active prototype engineering. It is not currently available for purchase. Final specifications, pricing, reward contents, delivery timing and performance claims will be confirmed only after validation and production review.

The problem and the concept
Brushing results depend on technique, time and consistent access to every surface. nanoOne is being engineered to explore a guided full-arch routine using coordinated mechanical brushing elements, compact drive modules, embedded electronics and dock-based charging.
Cleaning performance, cycle duration, fit, comfort, battery endurance, sealing, connectivity and light-based modules remain subject to engineering, safety, user and regulatory validation.
Current development status

Active now: functional engineering and integrated prototype work. The team is refining the mechanical drive, coordinated brush motion, fit geometry, electronics architecture, charging concept and durability.
Planned next: design for manufacturing, supplier and component review, production-intent specifications, pilot validation, quality-control procedures and compliance preparation. Volume production begins only after those stages are reviewed.
How nanoOne compares

Manual and conventional electric toothbrushes can be effective but depend on the user moving the brush across each area. Generic mouthpiece brushes provide a full-arch format, but results depend on fit, contact geometry and actual motion. nanoOne is developing coordinated powered full-arch motion and a guided routine. No superiority claim is made before repeatable testing.
The real planned package

This visual is based on the existing official Prelaunch packaging concept. It shows the nanoOne device and the accessories already presented by Toothnology’s. Final package contents, charger format, materials and regional plug requirements remain subject to engineering and fulfillment confirmation.
Charging and connected experience

The current concept uses dock-based charging. Charging time, battery capacity, endurance, thermal behavior, sealing and indicators will be confirmed through engineering and compliance testing.

The companion app is planned to support controls, reminders and device status. Final analytics, integrations, data handling and AI-related functions depend on hardware, software and privacy validation.
Planned Kickstarter rewards
The working structure includes a limited Early Backer tier, a Standard nanoOne reward and a possible Premium presentation or finish. Prices, quantities, colors and exact inclusions are not confirmed. They will be published only after production engineering, quotations and fulfillment costs are reviewed.
Manufacturing and quality
The production plan covers design for manufacturing, final bill of materials, supplier qualification, tolerance control, assembly procedures, incoming inspection, motion and electrical checks, end-of-line functional testing and pilot builds before volume manufacturing.
Key risks
Mechanical complexity can create friction, wear and tolerance challenges. Fit must accommodate real user variation. Battery, charging and sealing require electrical, thermal and ingress testing. Component availability, tooling, yield and minimum order quantities can affect cost and timing. Regulatory findings may change or remove planned features. Delivery estimates may change during tooling, compliance, pilot production or freight.
Shipping, taxes and fulfillment
Worldwide availability is the goal, but supported countries, shipping charges, duties, VAT and fulfillment partners are not final. The Kickstarter campaign will state the applicable shipping and tax assumptions before a backer confirms a reward.
Warranty and support
A written limited-warranty and support policy will be published before rewards open. It will explain coverage, exclusions, damaged or defective rewards and the support process. Crowdfunding is not the same as purchasing an in-stock retail product, and production or delivery estimates can change.
Patent
The nanoOne concept is protected by Slovenian patent P-20250058. International protection is being pursued through the PCT process. Patent status supports the originality of the concept but does not replace validation, certification or manufacturing readiness.
