By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Company Information

“Toothnology’s”, “nanoOne”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Toothnology’s, LLC and its related brand materials.

2. Website Purpose
This website is intended to provide general information about Toothnology’s, nanoOne, the product concept, development progress, prelaunch communication, and future crowdfunding plans.
The information on this website should not be understood as a final retail product listing, final technical specification sheet, medical claim, dental diagnosis, or guaranteed production description.
3. Product Development Status
nanoOne is currently in the pre-launch and development stage.
Product visuals, specifications, features, accessories, packaging, colors, dimensions, waterproofing targets, app features, final materials, brush modules, charging details, sizing options, and technical details may be updated before production.
Any information shown on this website before the official crowdfunding launch should be understood as pre-launch product communication.
Product images, renders, videos, animations, diagrams, prototypes, and demonstrations may be used to explain the product concept, design direction, intended use, development progress, and planned functionality.
They should not be interpreted as a guarantee that the final production version will be identical in every detail.
4. Prototype, Render, and Demonstration Disclaimer
Some materials shown on this website, social media, prelaunch pages, advertisements, or early communications may include prototypes, renders, animations, edited visuals, development samples, mockups, or explanatory demonstrations.
These materials are intended to communicate the product vision, design intent, development progress, and planned user experience.
They are not intended to misrepresent the current development stage of nanoOne.
The official crowdfunding campaign page will present the campaign-specific prototype status, product state, production plan, risks, and limitations according to the requirements of the crowdfunding platform.
5. Crowdfunding Disclaimer
nanoOne is being prepared for launch through a crowdfunding campaign.
Crowdfunding is not the same as buying a finished retail product.
If nanoOne launches on Kickstarter or another crowdfunding platform, all pledges, payments, refunds, campaign risks, delivery estimates, creator obligations, and backer terms will be governed by the rules and terms of that platform and the official campaign page.
The official crowdfunding campaign page will contain the final campaign-specific information available at the time of launch.
Supporting a crowdfunding campaign involves risk. Product development, tooling, testing, certification, manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment, and delivery timelines may change during the process.
6. Prelaunch and Reservation Information
Any prelaunch reservation, early access form, deposit, VIP reservation, expression of interest, or similar action made through third-party platforms is subject to the terms of that specific platform.
A prelaunch reservation or deposit does not represent delivery of a finished retail product unless clearly stated in the official campaign or checkout terms.
Prelaunch reservations may be used to measure interest, validate demand, provide early access opportunities, or offer campaign-related benefits, depending on the specific platform and campaign structure.
If a third-party platform processes a deposit, reservation, payment, or refund, the terms and procedures of that platform may apply.
7. Payments, Pledges, Refunds, and Delivery
This website itself is primarily informational unless a specific checkout, payment, preorder, or transaction page clearly states otherwise.
Any payment, pledge, reservation, deposit, preorder, refund, cancellation, or delivery process will be governed by the specific terms shown at the point of transaction.
If nanoOne is supported through Kickstarter or another crowdfunding platform, the rules and terms of that platform will apply.
Estimated delivery dates, production timelines, and fulfillment plans are estimates only and may change due to development, testing, certification, manufacturing, logistics, supplier, regulatory, or other practical factors.
Where applicable law requires specific consumer rights, refund rights, cancellation rights, delay notices, or delivery information, those rights will apply according to the relevant transaction terms and legal requirements.
8. No Medical Advice or Medical Claims
The information on this website is for general product and educational purposes only.
nanoOne is an oral-care product concept in development. It is not presented on this website as a medical device, diagnostic tool, treatment, or replacement for professional dental advice, diagnosis, or care.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical advice or as a claim to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any disease or medical condition.
Users should consult a licensed dental professional for dental or medical concerns.
9. Product Features and Specifications
All product features, specifications, materials, colors, accessories, waterproofing targets, app features, battery details, charging details, brush module details, sizing options, and packaging shown before launch are subject to change.
We aim to present nanoOne as accurately as possible based on the current development stage.
However, the final production version may differ from early visuals, prototypes, renders, written descriptions, or demonstrations.
If there is any difference between early website information and the official crowdfunding campaign page, the official campaign page will take priority for campaign-related information.
10. Sizing and Online Demo Tools
Any online sizing guide, visual measurement experience, or color-based demo shown before launch is intended as an early guidance and demonstration tool.
It should not be interpreted as a professional dental measurement, diagnostic system, clinical fitting tool, or final sizing method.
Final sizing guidance for backers and customers may be updated before production and fulfillment.
11. Intellectual Property
All Toothnology’s and nanoOne names, logos, product designs, images, renders, videos, text, graphics, concepts, technical explanations, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Toothnology’s, LLC.
The nanoOne product concept, design elements, and related technical architecture may be protected by pending intellectual property rights.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, reverse engineer, or commercially use our materials without written permission.
12. Website Content and Accuracy
We aim to keep information on this website accurate and up to date.
