Why blue light appears in oral care

Some oral-care systems pair particular wavelengths of blue light with compatible whitening formulations. Results depend on wavelength, intensity, exposure, formulation and the design of the complete system.

Blue light has been explored as a possible supporting feature within nanoOne. Its final role, operating conditions and availability are not yet confirmed and remain subject to engineering and safety review.

No automatic whitening claim

Blue light alone should not be described as naturally whitening teeth or guaranteeing a result. Toothnology’s will make product-specific claims only if they are supported by appropriate testing and meet applicable requirements.
