Prototype by prototype
Developing a compact oral-care device requires repeated design, printing, assembly and testing. Components that appear simple on screen can behave differently once tolerances, friction, moisture protection and real-world fit are introduced.
What the team evaluates
Current work includes gear motion, brush-carrier movement, mouthpiece geometry, material choices, sealing, electronics packaging, charging and user safety. Each iteration is used to identify what must be improved before the next build.
Why iteration matters
A prototype is not a finished consumer product. Workshop testing helps convert the original concept into a design that can later be reviewed for manufacturability, reliability and compliance.
